The north star diamond pendant is solid 14k yellow gold, but comes with a 14/20 yellow-gold-filled chain in the length of your choice from the options below. Information about matching solid 14k gold chains is available by request as well.

All of the pieces in our Diamond Collection come with free engraving. A note from Gina...The original of my North-Star pieces, now with diamonds, I created this pendant originally as an homage to my mom. She use to tell me that I came from the brightest star, and that I had a special magic. Every night since she passed, when I see the North Star, I blow it a kiss knowing that it will reach her. My love of space stemmed from this practice and my mother's words, and I have since imparted this love on my own sons. Once, when viewing a show about space, a scientist mentioned that we are all made up of Stardust - know that your loved ones are with you, watching, no matter where you go.

Each piece is set in our office, located in Southern California. Only a very small amount of ashes is used in the setting process; the exact amount needed depends on the size and depth of the piece's setting, but for simplicity's sake, a teaspoon of ashes will suffice for most orders. The setting process solidifies the ashes and brings out their natural color, which may differ from those in the piece photographed.
