We want every client to be completely happy with their purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your piece and we'll do our best to resolve the situation. All situations are handled as a case-by-case basis and personalized to every client.
Because of the nature of the products I carry, I do not offer refunds. However, please don't hesitate to contact me due to quality concerns or special circumstance exchanges. I do stand behind every piece I make, both the jewelry itself and the setting, and if you are not happy with either for any reason, I will work with you to make sure you are fully satisfied.
Due to the personal nature of this business and the custom design of each product, all purchases, including gift cards are non-refundable. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions about choosing the best product for you.
If the metal of your piece, chain for your pendant, or band of your ring is damaged after purchase, I would be more than happy to work with you to repair it. I will cover the cost of any repairs to your piece up to 90 days after you receive it. After this time, I would ask for any repairs to be purchased by each client to reimburse my jeweler for his time and materials. Repair costs do vary on a case-by-case basis, please contact me in the event of damage for more information.
