A thin cremation setting along the side of this substantial .925 sterling silver pendant designed after a dog tag creates the perfect memorial for your connection. It comes with a sterling silver chain in the length and thickness of your choice from the options below.

Dimensions:
Overall: 28 x 18mm
Setting: 26 x 4mm

All dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly with every casting. Please note that the total size of this finished piece is smaller than a standard military dog tag.

This pendant can be engraved with up to 15 characters, including spaces and simple symbols, in a single line horizontally across its back; up to 5 separate lines can fit. Lengthwise or front engraving may be accommodated upon request. Examples of the font options available for engraving can be seen here. Each piece is set in our office, located in Southern California. Only a very small amount of ashes is used in the setting process. The exact amount needed depends on the size and depth of the piece's setting, but for simplicity's sake, we ask that a tablespoon of ashes be sent. Within 1 business day of placing your order, you will receive a detailed order confirmation with information and instructions relevant to your unique order.

Love this pendant!

I ordered this beautiful dog tag pendant for my 19 yo son with the ashes of his father. It was engraved with the last words he heard his dad say to him after suffering a stroke. My son didn't know about it so when the package arrived, I had him open it and he was immediately moved to tears. He loves it and wears it everyday! Gina was just incredible to work with. I emailed her with questions before I even placed the order and several times after and she always responded quickly and with compassion. Once she received my husband's ashes she was able to get the pendant to us much faster than I expected.
