Gina is not only an incredible artist but an incredible person as well. My entire experience with Gina was amazing from start to finish. She is kind, understanding, empathetic, passionate about her work, and treats each piece and each client as if they are the most important of her career. Gina took time to explain her process to me and worked with me to create a ring that was unique and special. I was wanting something so special that I was afraid I was expecting too much. But the piece that arrived exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The quality and the artistry were stunning. I am forever grateful to Gina and her staff for creating such a priceless piece for me. At a time of such intense grief and emotion, it meant so much to work with someone like Gina who not only understood my grief, but was warm, thoughtful, and committed to helping me find a perfect way to honor my loved one. Thank you, Gina and staff. You're all wonderful!

This was by far the best customer service and sweetest interaction I’ve ever had with a company. Gina and her team truly care and it shows. My ring was made with my precious son’s ashes and it’s beautiful. They made what I thought was going to be a painful experience… a true blessing. I can’t thank them enough. I feel even more connected to my sweet boy.

THIS is exactly why we need to support small business. My grandma passed away Feb of 21. I recently sent some of her ashes off to be made into a ring. I’ll admit I was skeptical that I would actually be getting her ashes in the ring but I went with it. I am absolutely blown away with Close by me jewelry. They asked if I was comfortable with sharing a paragraph or two about who’s ashes they were working with and what the person meant to me. Not only did they read every word but they took the time to personally send me a heartfelt email after recieveing the ashes & my letter. I received the ring promptly and it was beautiful. They also threw in a “bonus” pendant made from her ashes “just because”. Often companies take advantage of someone’s grief by price gouging or sending bonus products. I can attest that is not the case with this company and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thank you for such a beautiful memorial.

Gina was a thoughtful and quick communicator throughout this process and the ring she made me with my husband's ashes is exactly what I was hoping for, just beautiful! I highly recommend Gina if you are looking for a unique and special remembrance of your loved one.

Gina is amazing. Her understanding and appreciation for how difficult it is to suddenly lose your “heart dog” was so comforting. I will cherish this delicate and beautifully made ring forever.
