It is very important to us that your cremation ring arrives in the perfect size for you, which is why we emphasize the importance of obtaining your ring size prior to confirming it with us. That being said, we understand that mistakes happen and that ring sizes may change over time, so if you receive your ring and it is not the correct size or if your ring size changes to where your ring no longer fits, you are always welcome to send it back to us to be resized by our jeweler.

Visiting a jeweler is the most accurate method for determining your ring size, and is the best way to ensure the perfect fit of your ring. A plastic ring sizer is provided in the optional kit we offer for sending your loved one's ashes to us; though this method has a little more room for error, feel free to double-check your ring size using this. If you selected that you were "sure of your ring size" when you ordered but notice a discrepancy between the size you ordered and the size you obtained either via a jeweler or the plastic ring sizer in the kit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we do not order your ring from our jeweler in an incorrect size. If we do not receive notification about a change in your ring size within 24 hours of placing your order, we may have already ordered your ring from our jeweler. If this happens, the ring would have to be taken back in to be resized which would add additional time and cost to your order.
