Gina is wonderful and walks you through the whole process! This is my new favorite piece of jewelry, it’s simple and elegant and I absolutely love carrying around a part of our beloved furbaby with me all of the time. My experience with Gina was exceptional. I do not have words strong enough to demonstrate my gratitude for her beautiful work.
