Holiday Ordering & Christmas Delivery
We know how meaningful it can be to have a memorial piece with you during the holidays. If you are hoping to receive your order in time for Christmas, we encourage you to order early and send your loved one’s ashes as soon as possible.
Because each piece is individually prepared and completed with your loved one’s ashes by hand, holiday ordering deadlines vary depending on whether your selected design is currently in stock or needs to be specially ordered from one of our jewelers.
Christmas 2026 Ordering Deadlines
In-Stock Designs
Recommended deadline to order & send ashes: December 1
Many of our sterling silver designs are kept in stock and ready for us to begin once we receive your loved one’s ashes.
Please allow approximately:
2 weeks for us to complete your ashes setting
1 week for shipping and delivery
To help ensure Christmas delivery, we recommend placing your order and sending the ashes to us before December 1st.
Please note that while we keep many of our sterling silver designs in stock, availability varies by design and size. We may have a small selection of 14k gold pieces immediately available at any given time. This selection changes regularly and is not guaranteed, but please feel free to contact us for a current list if you’re working with a holiday deadline.
Need-to-Order Designs: Standard Lead Time
Recommended deadline to order & send ashes: November 1, or as soon as possible
Most of our 14k gold jewelry, along with select sterling silver designs, is specially ordered from one of our jewelers before we complete the ashes setting.
For designs with our standard special-order lead time, please allow approximately:
2–4 weeks for your piece to be made and received from our jeweler
2 weeks for us to complete your ashes setting
1 week for shipping and delivery
For these designs, we recommend placing your Christmas order and sending the ashes to us by November 1st at the latest.
Need-to-Order Designs: Extended Lead Time
Recommended deadline to order & send ashes: October 5, or as soon as possible
Certain designs have a longer production time and may take approximately 8 weeks for us to receive from our jeweler before we can complete the ashes setting.
Please allow approximately:
8 weeks for your piece to be made and received from our jeweler
2 weeks for us to complete your ashes setting
1 week for shipping and delivery
For these designs, we recommend placing your Christmas order and sending the ashes to us by October 5th at the latest.

Because availability and production times vary by design, metal type, size, and other options, please contact us before ordering if receiving your piece by Christmas is important to you. We can confirm whether your selected design is currently in stock or needs to be specially ordered and provide the most accurate estimated timeframe.
When Should I Send the Ashes?
As soon as possible after placing your order.
Our holiday timelines include approximately two weeks for us to complete your loved one’s ashes setting. Even if your jewelry is already in stock, we cannot begin this portion of the process until the ashes have arrived safely at our studio.
After ordering, you will receive detailed instructions for securely sending the ashes to us. If you purchase one of our prepaid shipping kits, please also allow time for the kit to reach you and for the ashes to be returned to us.
What If I Miss the Recommended Deadline?
Please reach out to us before assuming it is too late. We will be happy to review your particular design and let you know what options are available.
