The snowflake pendant is solid 14k white gold, but it is provided on a rhodium plated sterling silver chain that can be clasped at either 16" or 18". Information about matching solid 14k gold chains is available by request as well.
Engraving:
A maximum of 6 characters—letter, number, or symbol, and including spaces—can be engraved in a single line across the back of the setting; an additional character can be engraved above and/or below. Each piece is set in our office, located in Southern California. Only a very small amount of ashes is used in the setting process; the exact amount needed depends on the size and depth of the piece's setting, but for simplicity's sake, a teaspoon of ashes will suffice for most orders. The setting process solidifies the ashes and brings out their natural color, which may differ from those in the piece photographed. Within 1 business day of placing your order, you will receive a detailed order confirmation with information and instructions relevant to your unique order.
