  Bag filled before placement (removable) — up to 12 tablespoons (1/4 cup) of ashes. The bag can be tied and placed into the urn, allowing it to be taken back out later if needed.
  Bag placed first, then filled inside urn (non-removable) — up to 16 tablespoons (1 cup) of ashes. The bag is placed inside the urn and filled through the bottom opening. Once filled this way, the bag cannot be removed without cutting it.

Please Note:

• The bamboo lid is not airtight, so we do not recommend storing loose ashes in the urn. A bag and cable tie will be provided.
  
• As this urn is made entirely of ceramic, please handle it with care. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean, and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.
  
• Because each urn is shaped and kiln-fired by hand, minor surface irregularities — such as tiny pinholes, natural speckling, or slight tonal variation — may be present. These are normal results of the ceramic process and are not considered flaws; rather, they are part of what makes every piece unique.
