Our first original ceramic urn design, this bird-shaped keepsake offers a gentle, understated way to keep a small portion of your loved one's ashes close. With its graceful shape and smooth white finish, this keepsake urn serves as a meaningful tribute that blends naturally into your home.

These ceramic bird urns are offered at a reduced price due to minor cosmetic imperfections that fall outside our standards for full-price pieces. Below are examples of the types of flaws you may encounter, but each urn is unique and the specific imperfections will vary.

Cosmetic Imperfections:

Ceramic is a natural material shaped and finished through a process that can result in surface variations. The urns in this discounted collection have more noticeable cosmetic imperfections than we consider acceptable for our regular collection. Examples may include:

Pinholes and small dark specks: Tiny holes or dark spots visible on the ceramic surface.

Seamlines: Visible lines or slight raised areas where sections of the ceramic mold meet.

Glaze variations: Small areas where the glaze is uneven or thin.

Small chips or scratches: Minor chips or scratches, particularly along the underside or base.

Please Note:

  • The bamboo lid is not airtight, so we do not recommend storing loose ashes in the urn. A bag and cable tie will be provided.
  • As this urn is made entirely of ceramic, please handle it with care. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean, and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.
  • Because each urn is shaped and kiln-fired by hand, minor surface irregularities — such as tiny pinholes, natural speckling, or slight tonal variation — may be present. These are normal results of the ceramic process and are not considered flaws; rather, they are part of what makes every piece unique.

Return Policy:
Requests for returns or exchanges will be accommodated if made within ten days of the date it was delivered. For these discounted items, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
