The cross pendant is solid 14k yellow gold, but it is provided on a 14/20 yellow gold-filled chain in the length of your choice. Information about matching solid 14k gold chains is available by request as well.

Engraving:
Top setting: up to 3 characters vertically
Side settings (each): up to 3 characters across
Bottom setting: up to 5 characters vertically

A character can be a letter, number, symbol, or space. If you would like a particular symbol engraved, you may indicate this by putting the name of the symbol between parentheses (e.g., "This is an example (heart)"). Multiple Sets of Ashes
Up to 4 sets of ashes may be set separately in this pendant, which may produce different-colored settings, but this is not guaranteed. No color is added to the ashes during the setting process to create a specific color or hue. If this pendant is made with only one set of ashes, the same color will be produced across all of the settings. Our Multi-Setting Collection lists all of the pieces that can accommodate separately set ashes.

Each piece is set in our office, located in Southern California. Only a very small amount of ashes is used in the setting process; the exact amount needed depends on the size and depth of the piece's setting, but for simplicity's sake, a teaspoon of ashes will suffice for most orders. The setting process solidifies the ashes and brings out their natural color, which may differ from those in the piece photographed. Within 1 business day of placing your order, you will receive a detailed order confirmation with information and instructions relevant to your unique order.
