- The bamboo lid is not airtight, so we do not recommend storing loose ashes in the urn. Bags and cable ties will be provided.

- Because each urn is shaped and kiln-fired by hand, minor surface irregularities — such as tiny pinholes, natural speckling, or slight tonal variation — may be present. These are normal results of the ceramic process and are not considered flaws; rather, they are part of what makes every piece unique.
