A thin cremation setting along the side of this substantial 14k white gold pendant designed after a dog tag creates the perfect memorial for your connection.

The dog tag pendant is solid 14k white gold, but it is provided on a rhodium plated sterling silver chain that can be clasped at either 18" or 16". If you are interested in a matching 14k gold chain, please reach out via the contact form below or email us at closebyme@gmail.com.

This pendant can be engraved with up to 15 characters, including spaces and simple symbols, in a single line horizontally across its back; up to 5 separate lines can fit. Lengthwise or front engraving may be accommodated upon request. Examples of the font options available for engraving can be seen here. Each piece is set in our office, located in Southern California. Only a very small amount of ashes is used in the setting process. The exact amount needed depends on the size and depth of the piece's setting, but for simplicity's sake, we ask that a tablespoon of ashes be sent. Within 1 business day of placing your order, you will receive a detailed order confirmation with information and instructions relevant to your unique order.
